I hope you are happy with your jewellery, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it back for a refund within 21 days of delivery.

Please note that if the jewellery packaging tag has been removed then your return will not be accepted. Returns are not accepted on personalised and bespoke items. Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not be accepted on earrings.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault with 6 months of purchase.

Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not classed as damaged or as having a manufacturing fault.

Colours and Images of products

We endeavour to ensure that all of the jewellery products on display on the website are as accurate as possible. Please note that viewing colours may differ on your phone, laptop or viewing device.

Also due to the nature of natural gemstones and pearls there may be natural variance in the colours.
